A company is only as good as its staff. If your staff is overworked and tired, they won’t be able to deliver optimal results. Which means your company will not be able to deliver optimal results. What do we do when people are overworked? Hire more people.
Unfortunately, the current talent market makes it nearly impossible to hire Senior Engineers. There are only so many experienced Angular experts around, and the demand for their skillset grows every day.
